Your instructor will walk you through the steps needed to take advantage of the guarantee pass policy The recommended process for taking the Exam is to first study according to the trainers instructions given at the end of class ( The Study Steps ), then take the Sample Exam on the Scaled Agile site. You can take the Sample Exam as many times as you like. We require you do so, until you get 100% on the Sample Exam before taking the final exam. You must take a screenshot of your 100% passing score to send to your instructor incase you fail the exam on the first attempt.
This is because the Sample Exam, although structured much like the actual exam, is in fact easier.
If after getting a 100% on the Sample Exam, you are unable to pass the actual Exam on your first attempt, simple inform us by sending us a screenshot of your (1) Sample Test Score of 100%, (2) Your completed self study guide ( detailed at the end of the training by your instructor ) and your (3) Final Exam Results page, as we’ll refund you the cost of the re-take fee so you can immediately re-take the exam.

Rashid is a fantastic trainer and was able to really help the class understand the knowledge and was able to give the class the opportunity to understand the practical applications of our learnings.
He was very knowledgeable of this course. He also provided some relaxation techniques to help us destress and retain more. He provided little tips to help us understand the material as well as how to study. He also answered alot of my questions on how my current work environment is being run and possible solutions , that spoke volumes!
I took several of his suggestions back to work, shared them and we are working on implementing some of them now.
